Feedback from Alev on the designs:
She said that my designs were original and unique. They were basic with a twist and the amount I sold was very successful because the people attending this event are not used to stepping out of their comfort zone and buying something that looks different. Alev also stated that the fabric choice on the blazer jacket was perfect and very in style at the moment, however the fabric on the bodysuit could have been lighter. By linking this piece of feedback to my research, I understood that she was correct since it would have been more comfortable but due to my limited budget it would be too expensive. She also said that the cutout design as well as the v-neck top should have not been as cropped so it could appeal to a larger audience. I completely agree with everything she has said. It was a different experience working with an expert because I was very nervous at first and felt like I was taking a risk by giving a professional my own amateur work. I was afraid to be judged, but eventually I learned to receive feedback more professionally and react to criticism. Below are drawing she drew next to me, focusing on main improvement points.
Specifically I was advised on proportions as well as the blending of tones by using markers. These can be seen on the image to the right.

Discussing my achievements with Didem:
Didem was extremely supportive and very kind. She said that she was felt proud and that these types of events are very helpful for me. She also said that even if I am not able to sell as much, it is still a very effective way of advertising and making the name CliffHanger familiar to the higher class crowd. Didem stated that doing this at a young age will create many opportunities for me and will help me grow as a person. I know that I still have an immense amount to learn, and therefore she suggested The Online University of Fashion. It is a website which provides hundreds of lessons starting from beginner to advanced, in which you pay a monthly fee to be a part of. I thought that it was a great opportunity so I joined and begun taking the lessons. The pictures below show the arrangements being made for both these meetings.
Through my days at the shopping event, I also collected feedback from my customers in order to test one of my criteria which states that if the feedback I received regarding the creativity of my designs are 95% positive, I will be successful. The feedback sheet is attached below. In this criteria I was able to get 91%, and I would improve my self by using more colours next time. Many people stated that the colour range was too limited and didn't follow a specific theme. Therefore next time, I would definitely spend more time on indicating colour schemes.
